1. Return Policy (14 Days)
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

- You received a damaged or defective item
- Product is not working or not as described
We do not accept returns for change of mind or used products.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- You must provide a clear video proof (unboxing or product issue video)
- You must contact us before returning the item

3. Return Process

- Send video proof of issue
- Our team will review your request
- After approval, you will be allowed to return the product
4. Return Shipping Charges
- If the product is wrong, damaged, or defective from our side, we will cover all return and replacement costs.
- If the return is approved for any other reason, then return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund will be processed within 5–10 working days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method (if applicable)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Exchange Policy
We only offer replacement if:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong item is delivered
Replacement will be provided with the same product (if available).
