You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• You received a damaged or defective item
• Product is not working or not as described

We do not accept returns for change of mind or used products.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• You must provide a clear video proof (unboxing or product issue video)
• You must contact us before returning the item

3. Return Process

• Send video proof of issue
• Our team will review your request
• After approval, you will be allowed to return the product

4. Return Shipping Charges

• If the product is wrong, damaged, or defective from our side, we will cover all return and replacement costs.
• If the return is approved for any other reason, then return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refund will be processed within 5–10 working days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method (if applicable)
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Exchange Policy

We only offer replacement if:

• Product is damaged
• Wrong item is delivered

Replacement will be provided with the same product (if available).

7. Non-Returnable Items

• Used products
• Items without original packaging
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
• Sale or discounted items (if mentioned)
